Science Courses
- A course presenting the basics of the life sciences, including an introduction to living organisms, chemical and physical basis of life, biological principels and concepts, and a survey of the plant and animal kingdom. Study of life processes in plants and animals, nutrition, respiration, circulation, excretion, motion, response, growth, and reproduction. Designed to provide a broad overview of the life sciences.
- A continuation of SCI101.
- A course designed to demonstrate that authentic science supports rather than refutes creationism using materials from distinquished scientists and theologians.
- This course takes up the defense of the first eleven chapters of the book of Genesis. Valid questions will be answered such as: Are the first eleven chapters in Genesis symbolical or literal? Does true science contradict God's truth? Is there a literal personality called Satan? Was there truly a worldwide flood? A defense against the many attacks on the truths will be presented in this course.
- A further survey of the scientific facts which support creationism using materials from distinquished scientists and theolgians.
- A study of the principles and individuals who have defended the scientific and theological basis for creationism.
- The purpose of this course is to provide a greater appreciation for both science and the Bible and to make it clear that no compormise is necessary in order to bring he authentic facts of science into harmony with the teachings of the Bible. May be used as either a Bible or science course.
